It takes 8 weeks from the day a contract is signed to start of construction.
Do I need a permit if the structure is 120 sq ft or under?
In the State of California most areas do not require a permit with the exemption of a couple cities in the Bay Area.

Yes, we do all the work in-house. We have a team of highly skilled professionals who are trained in all aspects of construction, from design to completion. This allows us to oversee all aspects of the project and ensure that it is completed to the highest standards.
What type of foundation is required for the structure?
The requirement is that the foundation be leveled with whatever material you choose. People typically start at gravel but concrete or a deck works as well and typically looks a little nicer.

The Siding that is used is either TruWood or James Hardie Cement Siding in multiple styles.
